And we are/were back live on a fine fine Monday evening with absolutely nothing to say…. Sooooo much so we went almost two hours long. We spoke a lil bit about the Wii fit hula chick, Paul found some pix of her… We discussed our Lori doing Wii fit in her underwear show in the next few weeks. Ron Stubbings calls in with his latest bit…. OK well he tried to anyway. Jason’s upcoming wedding was a big topic of conversation as was would you use the services of a certain website dedicated to cheating spouses and of course we took a few minutes to remember the passing of a comedy legend. Took us a while to pick up steam so if you don’t want to sit through the whole 1:50 minutes tune in around the hour mark that’s where things start to pick up, though there are some good moments in the first part of the show as well and maybe it’s just me thinking the first part was slow… I dunno… do whatever you want… listen, don’t, you know the drill. No show next week… We will be back live on the 7th with our first Lori Doing Scantily Clad Wii Fit shows… might have to fire up ye ole video chat room for that huh?

Another week, another opportunity to prove just how horrible we are as people. One would think that no Paul or Lori would mean the “Make fun of Paul and Lori” edition of RoR, but noooo people, we had FAR too much to get to this week including breaking out the smoke machine so that we could get into the proper frame of mind to dissect Rob’s latest interview with an 80’s rock star, then we simply HAD to discuss Amy Winehouse’s latest hit single, plans for our special Jason’s Bachelor party show and a bunch of other stuff that I can’t remember so listen and tell me what we talked about would ya? kthnx

Wow… what an episode… I don’t know even where to begin so I’m just gonna throw out some of the highlights, we discuss this picture, Lori… err I mean Dori rejoins the program, discussions of how ridiculously hot Megan Fox is and Naked/Scantily clad Wii aerobics. Lori/Dori gets some homework which involves the Wii Fit, a camera and some Victoria’s Secret Lingerie which she agrees too. Ohhh ya and the small matter of the return of Ron Stubbings to the program with his new interview segment, and people, lemme just say that he has redeemed himself with this one. Ohhh and a disclaimer with this one… It’s just humor people, yes it’s vile and can sting a lil bit at times but it’s just words, if you don’t like it you can make us and all those bad feelings go away with the click of a mouse, we won’t hate you.. I swear….. ohhh and we would like to thank Louie Lawent for agreeing to be interviewed by Ron, go look at his books and stuff if you are so inclined.

Two years people… two freaking years… That’s how long we’ve been trying to get an interview with Sam Dunn director of Metal: A Headbanger’s Journey and Global Metal. It grew to the point where it became a bit of an ongoing story line with the show… Well, more of an ongoing gag where every six months we would try to get an interview and we would get rejected…. Well my friends, that storyline came to an end this past week as Dan and I had a sit down interview with Sam and his co-director Scott McFadyen
The interview however is NOT in this podcast, one of the other discussions on this week show about our new website iConnotations.com which will now be where we post our interviews. We decided that this show is going to remain four guys making fun of each other while the new one will be for the more serious stuff. We will however deal with the behind the scenes stuff here, the goofy stories around said interviews because like this one, they are frigging hysterical. This week we deal with the events surrounding the interview and absolutely tool on poor Dan for a good portion of the show.

Well it was a holiday here in Canadialand yesterday so there was no new RoR… It’s alright though people, don’t cry… Seriously I know you may think your life will come to an end because of it, but as with all wounds time will heal it and you will realize that this RoR-less Tuesday made you stronger. I do however have for you a new Worst of, this time featuring DAN!! Yes you can now relive those great RoR moments like Dans first appearance on the show, or Dan and Dr Rough Hands, or who could forget Dan’s wife calling in to tell him no more sex talk. All this and so much more! So don’t forget to order today and we’ll throw in a free virtual ginsu knife so that you too can slit your wrists while reading my drivel, which I’ll stop now so that you can move onto listening to….. OK so I’m gonna preface this by saying, if you wanna pass on this episode, I’m not gonna hold it against you….really…. I also want to thank Megan Fox for those pictures, actually I don’t want to thank her… I want to curse her… First of all, what the fuck is she wearing Pastie’s for?!?!?! And second of all… Megan.. Sheer panties… landing strip… you fucking KNOW there’s a bunch of creeps in a basement somehere licking their monitors after seeing those pix instead of doing a friggin radio show right??!?!?!? Ugh… obviously some Megan Fox discussion on the show… Dan and Rob reminisce about Rob’s old house on a big farm and the debauchery that went on there… Yes… seriously it was a real pig farm… And then they discuss a “very big event” for the show… wonder what that is all about…. sounds serious…

So we had a good night last night, on the table for discussion was the fallout from last weeks interview with Chaunce Hayden pertaining to the ONA guys. We discussed the retraction in the Post. Dan brought up the fact that he might of been reprogrammed from going to a Ministry concert, of course we HAD to discuss Mischa Bartons ass in great detail and of course there was the matter of an interview to do with the producers of the Thrash Metal documentary Get Trashed, Rick Ernst and Thrash Metal legend Rat Skates. Two really great guys that made for what we thought was a really interesting discussion about the thrash metal scene, getting a movie made these days and music in general. They had a lot to say and it is well worth listening to, so with that being said:

Man, where to start with this episode of RoR? OK first off we talk about what happened with us and the Ron and Fez shows Night of a Hundred/Thousand Podcasts. I know, I know you’re hanging on the edge of your seat for the answer, well it’s in there. And then…. well we speak to Chaunce Hayden who has been in the news lately for a story about Opie’s fiancée. For fans of OnA (like Jason and I are) and fans of Howard Stern (like Dan and Paul are) it’s a must listen. He speaks about his relationship with both, he addresses the insider trading story, Jim Norton’s penis, the Rick Delgado interview, the alleged sex tape story, why he thinks Opie hates him and even the fans of the shows. There is a lot there, like I said, if you’re a fan of either show it’s a must listen. And for any new people tuning in for the first time… Yes we suck… we know that… we’re four grown men sitting in a basement drinking beer and pretending to be on the radio.. It’s sad really… but we’re ok with that
